If you're like us, we'd never realized how little we used our kitchen until we started quarantining! No judgment here, we've been baking and cooking like crazy! But we try to find ways to stay healthy and active during our time indoors, whether that's working out (in one of our bikini tops or new favorite activewear sets!) or finding healthy recipes to bake... speaking of which:
Did you miss out on our IG Live today that we did with #CristalinaBabes Karina Salmen AKA @Kasalmen (one of our all-time favorite lifestyle bloggers, and a real #CristalinaLover responsible for some of the best try-on videos ever!) and Katheryne Cachutt AKA @Kabalance (queen of all things healthy snacks, this health coach and nutrition graduate is best known on instagram for her amazing guilt-free recipes and mindblowing marquesas)? It was so much fun baking and making some guilt-free ice cream with them! But no worries, we got you covered with the recipes!
- 1/2 can of Coconut Milk
- Splash of Almond Milk
- 4 Tbsp of 100% Cacao
- 2 or 3 Tbsp of Monkfruit Sweetener
- Pinch of salt
- A tiny amount of vanilla extract
- Add all the ingredients to a bowl
- Mix all ingredients together with an electric mixer until you get a foamy consistency.
- ENJOY 🍨🍫
- 1 egg
- 1 tspn of vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup oat flour
- 1 tbspn baking powder
- 2 stevia packets
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup of nuts (optional)
- 1 tbspn coconut oil
- 1 tbspn almond butter
- Mix all ingredients together
- Move mixture to a mug
- Cook in the microwave for 1- 2 mins
