Returns (Orders within the U.S.)

● Domestic orders may be returned within 14 business days of delivery for a refund.

● We provide free return shipping labels for domestic returns.

● Domestic returns for refunds will be subject to a $10 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Login here with your email and order number. Follow the steps to initiate your return. Once approved, you will receive instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.
*Please note that this is not an automated system, allow up to 24 hours for your return request to be processed.

● Please send your return items within 5 business days of receiving the return shipping label. Items sent 6 or more business days after receiving
the return shipping label will not be refunded.

Returns (International Orders)

● International orders may be returned within 14 business days of delivery for a refund.

● International returns for refunds will be subject to a $10 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Method

● Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment. Refunds will be issued as soon as we receive your item/s back in perfect condition. We do not refund shipping charges or Route Shipping Insurance.

● You will be refunded to your original method of payment once your return reaches our store. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected on your account due to varying processing times of financial organizations. We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

What can be returned?

● Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached.

● We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

● Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Will I get charged for shipping?

● A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for international and U.S. orders.

● We are unable to provide return labels to customers located outside of the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, you are responsible for return shipping fees.

● We provide free return shipping labels for domestic returns.

● We highly recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking your return shipment and keeping it for your records.

Can I combine returns from different orders?

● Yes, as long as the items from both orders have been approved for return.

● To save on shipping, time, and packaging materials, you can return items from multiple orders as long as you include the corresponding order numbers for each item inside the package.

Exchanges

● You can exchange an order you purchased online by coming into one of our stores within 14 days of delivery of your order.

● All items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached.

● Our $10 restocking fee will only be waived for in-store exchanges only.

● Online exchanges are not supported. We recommend you return the item, get a refund and repurchase the different size or item you want.
