As a small business that proudly partners with emerging Latin-American, female-founded brands, we’ve established a no-refund policy in alignment with our designers.

The good news: our online store credit never expires, and with new arrivals and exclusive styles dropping weekly, there will always be something new to love.

Store credit is available for eligible items returned within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original tags attached. If more than 10 days have passed since delivery, we’re unable to offer store credit or exchanges.

You can always exchange your online order in-store within 10 business days of the delivery date.

Please note that the restocking fee will be waived on all exchanges.

What can be returned?

● Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with no visible deodorant in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached.

● We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

● Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Will I get charged for shipping?

● We are unable to provide return labels to customers located outside of the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, you are responsible for return shipping fees.

● We highly recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking your return shipment and keeping it for your records.

● Cristalina Swimwear is not responsible for packages lost in transit once they’ve been shipped back to us.
