Returns (Orders within the U.S.)

Domestic returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Once the label has been created you will have 5 business days to drop it off at your local carrier in order to receive a refund. After 5 business days, the return label will expire, and you will need to contact Customer Service for a new return label. This will result in the refund being issued as store credit towards a future purchase.

Domestic returns will be subject to a $10 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. If you select store credit or exchange, the return shipping fee will be waived.

Returns (International Orders)

International returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method upon receiving your items in perfect condition and exclude shipping charges. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, and a confirmation email will be sent once it's issued. Refunds cannot be transferred to alternate payment methods.

You can always exchange your online order in-store within 10 business days of the delivery date.

What can be returned?

● Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached.

● We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

● Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Will I get charged for shipping?

● A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for international and U.S. orders.

● We are unable to provide return labels to customers located outside of the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, you are responsible for return shipping fees.

● We provide free return shipping labels for domestic returns.

● We highly recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking your return shipment and keeping it for your records.

Can I combine returns from different orders?

● Yes, as long as the items from both orders have been approved for return.

● To save on shipping, time, and packaging materials, you can return items from multiple orders as long as you include the corresponding order numbers for each item inside the package.
