Terms and Conditions  

In-stock items are shipped within 24-48 hours. The Cristalina Team will send you an email if the items you have selected are not currently in stock or if additional credit verification information is needed to process your order. 

Orders placed on Friday after 11am EST and over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. Once the order has shipped, you will receive an email with the pertinent tracking information. 

Orders placed a day prior or during a national holiday will be subject to possible delays in shipment.

If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please do not hesitate to contact us within our hours of operation (Monday-Friday 10am-6pm EST).

Orders for packages that are not accepted by recipient will not be refunded. 

Domestic Shipping

-For Express Domestic orders to be shipped out the same day, the must be placed by 3PM EST.

International Shipping

-If at mailing time any higher international cost is found, the customer will be contacted by email for approval to add the extra cost. Taxes/duties due upon delivery are sole responsibility of the purchaser.

-Once the package reaches your country, it may take additional days for it to be processed through customs. This additional time is unknown and varies depending on each country. 

*Cristalina is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages if delivery by tracking is confirmed. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss or damage of items.
