Returns and Exchanges
All returns should follow the conditions listed bellow and will be accepted for store credit only, which does not expire and can be used any time in-store or online. No direct refunds will be issued.
-All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of delivery
-Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
-Tags and any other applicable accessories (sanitary strips, etc.) must be in-tact and untampered with
Items that do not comply with the guidelines are subject to refusal and will be returned at the customer’s expense
Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit
Want to return? Here’s how:
- Reply to your order confirmation email and tell us which item you would like to return and why. If you can't find the confirmation email, contact us at email@example.com
- We will send over a return shipping label to your email
- Repack the item and attach the return label provided and send it right back to us by using your local Post Office counters. Make sure you obtain proof of postage from the Post office. We cannot account for any lost packages otherwise.
- Once we receive the item back, and only if it is in brand new condition (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached) we will contact you and issue a store credit that does not expire and you can use in store and online
- Please make sure you are within 14 days of receiving your order so that we can process your return

Online purchases will be accepted in-store for store credit with proof of original invoice included in the package.
As we deeply value customer satisfaction, defective items should be reported as soon as the item is received by the customer to insure your refund or exchange.
