Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

All returns should follow the conditions listed below and will be accepted for store credit only, which does not expire and can be used any time in-store or online. No direct refunds will be issued.

Conditions

-All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of delivery

-Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

-Tags and any other applicable accessories (sanitary liners, etc.) must be intact and untampered with

Returns that do not comply with the guidelines above could be rejected

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for exchange, or store credit

Too big, to small or just not the right fit for you? No worries, here's how you return:

Domestic Orders

-Click here and provide your email address and order number 

- Fill out and submit our return form. It's easy, takes just 2 minutes! 

- Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label. As soon as we receive your item, we will email you an online code that you can use in-store or online at anytime to redeem your store credit

Make sure you obtain proof of postage from the Post office. We cannot account for any lost packages otherwise.

International Orders

- Fill out and submit our return form. It's easy, takes just 2 minutes! 

- Once your return is approved, use your carrier of preference to ship the items back to us to:

Return shipping rates for international orders are clients responsibility (we do not provide return shipping labels for international orders).

In-Store

Online purchases will be accepted in-store for store credit with proof of original invoice or receipt included in the package.

Defective Items

As we deeply value customer satisfaction, defective items should be reported as soon as the item is received by the customer to ensure your refund or exchange.
