Return Policy

All returns should follow the conditions listed below and will be accepted for store credit only, which does not expire and can be used any time in-store or online. No direct refunds will be issued.

Conditions

-All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of delivery

-Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

-Tags and any other applicable accessories (sanitary strips, etc.) must be intact and untampered with

Returns that do not comply with the guidelines above could me rejected

Sale items are final sare and not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit

Domestic Orders

- Fill out and submit our return form. It's easy, takes just 2 minutes! 

- Once your return is approved, we will send you a return label along with shipping instructions and a code that you can use online or in-store to redeem your store credit

Make sure you obtain proof of postage from the Post office. We cannot account for any lost packages otherwise.

International Orders

In-Store

Online purchases will be accepted in-store for store credit with proof of original invoice included in the package.

Defective Items

As we deeply value customer satisfaction, defective items should be reported as soon as the item is received by the customer to ensure your refund or exchange.
