Gigi, founder and designer, found a gap in the swimwear industry from her passion for water sports. She noticed that quality swimsuits that could support an active lifestyle and still have style were hard to find. Because of this, she and her mother, Tina—a former clothing designer and swimsuit model—decided to create Gigi C.
